1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. We may revise them as the Service changes. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Informational Tool Only

RCA DASH App is provided as a convenience and organizational tool. Information, calculations, estimates, references, reminders, route data, time records, probation tracking, pay-related information, RRECS-related information, postal references, dates, and other content provided through the Service are for general informational and personal recordkeeping purposes only.

The Service is not an official USPS recordkeeping system, payroll system, timekeeping system, employment record, legal resource, union resource, or substitute for official USPS documentation, policies, handbooks, manuals, forms, instructions, pay records, time records, or management direction.

You are solely responsible for verifying any information that may affect your pay, employment, benefits, work status, grievance rights, scheduling, route evaluation, safety, or other employment-related matters with the appropriate official source.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

We do not guarantee that any information, calculation, result, feature, reference, date, estimate, route evaluation, time total, probation calculation, or other content provided by the Service is complete, accurate, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Features may contain bugs, incomplete information, outdated information, or calculation errors. The Service may be modified, interrupted, suspended, unavailable, discontinued, or changed at any time without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

4. Your Responsibility

You use RCA DASH App at your own risk. You are responsible for the information you enter, the decisions you make based on the Service, and any actions you take or do not take after using the Service.

You should maintain your own copies of important records and should not rely on RCA DASH App as the sole location for information that you may need for payroll, employment, tax, legal, grievance, safety, or other important purposes.

5. Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account and to keep your contact information reasonably current.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused, accessed without authorization, used to interfere with the Service, or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Email and Other Communications

By creating an account, you agree that RCADash.app may send you emails related to your account, verification, security, password resets, Service changes, feature updates, announcements, support, and other transactional or administrative matters.

You also agree that we may send you promotional, informational, product-update, or marketing emails where permitted by law. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required by applicable law. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not prevent us from sending essential account, security, or transactional communications.

If you choose phone or text-message verification or other SMS-enabled features, you agree to receive the messages necessary to provide those features. Marketing text messages, if ever offered, may require separate consent depending on applicable law.

7. Data Collection, Use, Sharing, and Sale

By using the Service, you acknowledge that information about you and your use of the Service may be collected, stored, processed, analyzed, combined, used, disclosed, shared, transferred, or otherwise handled for purposes such as operating the Service, improving features, analytics, communications, support, security, advertising, personalization, business operations, and developing new products or services.

Subject to applicable law, information may also be disclosed, shared, transferred, licensed, or sold to third parties, service providers, business partners, advertisers, analytics providers, affiliates, successors, or other parties. Where applicable law gives you specific privacy rights, including rights to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or the sale of personal information, those rights will apply regardless of this section.

No internet service, hosting provider, database, email system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide information to the Service at your own risk and that unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, corruption, or other security incidents are possible.

A separate Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms once posted. Where required by law, the Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy notices will control how personal information is handled.

8. Privacy Information

RCADash.app may collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, base post office city and state, account credentials, and information you enter into the Service. The Service may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, login activity, pages or features used, approximate location derived from technical information, cookies, and similar identifiers.

Information may be used to create and manage accounts, verify users, provide and improve features, personalize the Service, communicate with users, provide support, maintain security, detect misuse, understand usage, perform analytics, develop new features, and operate or promote RCADash.app.

Information may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in these Terms, for account administration, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup, fraud prevention, or legitimate business needs. Deleting an account may not immediately remove all information from backups, logs, records required by law, or information retained for security or legal purposes.

RCADash.app may use third-party providers for hosting, email, SMS verification, analytics, security, payments, or other functions. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Their handling of information may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no website, database, hosting environment, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that submitting and storing information online involves risk.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain disclosures, or to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising, sharing, or sale. Any rights that apply to you remain subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive information into the Service unless a feature specifically requires it. RCADash.app is not intended to store Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal data.

If RCADash.app posts a separate Privacy Policy, that Privacy Policy will provide additional detail about privacy practices and should be read together with these Terms. If there is a conflict regarding the handling of personal information, the applicable Privacy Policy and privacy law will control.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party websites, hosting providers, email providers, SMS providers, analytics services, payment processors, APIs, or other services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, content, accuracy, or conduct.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Beta Features and Future Updates

RCA DASH App may offer beta, experimental, preview, test, unfinished, or newly released features. Such features may change substantially, contain errors, fail to operate as expected, or be removed without notice.

Statements about planned features, future updates, roadmaps, release dates, pricing, availability, or improvements are informational only and do not create a promise, guarantee, or obligation to release any particular feature or update.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the RCA DASH App name, branding, interface, original software, original graphics, original written content, and other original materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to RCADash.app and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing service except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, service marks, forms, terminology, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. References to USPS or postal terminology are descriptive and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, or other systems.
• Interfere with, damage, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security measures.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the Service in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCADash.app and its owners, operators, developers, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.

This includes, without limitation, losses or disputes involving pay, wages, hours, route evaluations, employment status, discipline, grievances, schedules, benefits, taxes, data, privacy, devices, accounts, missed deadlines, incorrect records, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on information presented through the Service.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RCADash.app and its owners, operators, developers, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another party's rights.

15. Changes to or Termination of the Service

We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or remove any portion of the Service at any time. We may also change eligibility requirements, account features, usage limits, pricing, or access rules, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, account, record, data set, or version of the Service will remain available indefinitely.

16. Governing Requirements

These Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
